5# potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 pkg cream cheese
1/2 to 1 1/2 c sour cream
salt & pepper
whip or beat and put in greased 9 x 13 pan.
refrig or freeze until you need them.
This makes about 12 - 15 servings.
